Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access or use Pitwall Central. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account
Pitwall Central is for people aged 18 or older. You must be at least 18 to use the service. Age is not automatically verified yet; you must not use Pitwall Central if you are under 18.
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account and should contact RHSAASAPPS@GMAIL.COM if you believe it has been compromised.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, RHSAASAPPS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pitwall Central for lawful personal purposes. The app and service are licensed, not sold. You retain rights you have in content you submit, and grant the permissions reasonably needed to host, review, and display it as described by the service.
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer except where the law permits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, private, or otherwise harmful material. Do not submit content or photos you lack permission to share. We may review, restrict, or remove content and may limit access to address abuse or protect the service.
Community content and information
Approved community event submissions and photos may be displayed publicly. Other users may view, save, copy, or share public material. Do not include confidential or sensitive details in a public submission.
Event, venue, place, and map information may come from third-party providers or users, can be incomplete or out of date, and is provided for general information. Verify important details with the relevant organizer or provider. Pitwall Central does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of listings.
Purchases and changes
The active payment waiver and any future store purchase terms are described in the Purchases and Subscriptions policy. Store subscriptions are governed by the relevant store; deleting a Pitwall Central account does not cancel a subscription.
We may change or discontinue features and may revise these terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or another reasonable method where appropriate. The effective date above identifies this version.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pitwall Central is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RHSAASAPPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law if that amount cannot lawfully be limited. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
