Information and how it is used

Pitwall Central uses Clerk for sign-in and account authentication. Account information and authentication data are processed to create and secure your account and provide the service.

The app may process information you provide, such as saved events, community event submissions, photos, and reports about community content. Saved events and reports are linked to your account. Submitted community content and its photos may be visible publicly after approval.

Location is optional. If you choose to use your current location, nearby-search device coordinates are not saved to your Pitwall Central account database. Location is processed to answer searches and may be temporarily cached. Hosting and search providers may retain request information under their own practices and policies. You can instead enter a city or ZIP code. Locations included in submitted community events or venues are stored with that content and may be publicly visible when approved.

Pitwall Central uses Google Places for place and venue searches, Ticketmaster for event information, and Nominatim for relevant location searches. Those providers process requests under their own terms and privacy practices. App data and images may be stored or hosted using App Storage and hosting providers.

Sharing and sale of information

RHSAASAPPS does not sell or resell personal data. Pitwall Central sends information to service providers to operate features you use, including Clerk authentication, App Storage and hosting, Google Places, Ticketmaster, and Nominatim. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policies, which may describe its own uses and retention.

Content you submit for community use can be displayed publicly after approval. Do not include private or sensitive information in public submissions or photos. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to respond to a valid legal request, protect people or the service, or address abuse.

Affiliate partners

We use Stay22 affiliate links to help you find accommodation near tracks and events. Pitwall Central may earn a commission when you book through these links, at no extra cost to you. Stay22 and its booking partners may set cookies when you click booking links, under their own privacy and cookie policies.

Location, cookies, and tracking

You choose whether to grant foreground location permission. You may deny or later revoke it and use a city or ZIP code instead. Nearby-search device coordinates are not saved to your Pitwall Central account database. Location is processed to answer searches and may be temporarily cached; hosting and search providers may retain request information under their own practices and policies. Submitted community event and venue locations are stored with that content.

Optional anonymous engagement analytics are off until you allow them. They count track searches, views, saves, map interactions, event interactions and sign-in actions without storing your account ID, email, search text, IP address or precise location in the analytics database. Browser storage remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Authentication and security storage remain essential. You can withdraw analytics permission in Cookie settings. Hosting providers may retain operational request logs under their own policies.

We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt at this time. Affiliate booking features are described above.

Retention and account requests

We retain account-linked information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, handle reports, and protect the service. After an account deletion request, minimal hashed security and deletion-progress state is retained to prevent account recreation and allow interrupted cleanup to finish. Deletion cleanup is not instantaneous across every system or provider. We do not promise a fixed retention deadline.

You may request access to or deletion of information by contacting RHSAASAPPS@GMAIL.COM. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before responding. A verified account deletion request removes the Clerk account and app-saved events, submitted content, reports, and associated images as cleanup completes, subject to the limited retention described in the Account Deletion Instructions. As part of the deletion flow, Pitwall Central requests deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer profile where one exists and provider deletion is supported. RevenueCat or the app store may still retain necessary billing or transaction records; deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. External providers may have separate copies or records governed by their own policies.

Security and contact

We use service providers and operational practices intended to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed secure. We do not make a blanket guarantee of security or compliance.
