Account Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Pitwall Central account and account-linked app data without an installed app.
Delete from the website
1. Sign in to Pitwall Central on the web. 2. Open Account. 3. Choose Delete account. 4. If prompted, reauthenticate by signing in again and complete any requested identity or security verification. 5. Review the information and complete the final confirmation. Deletion can be requested on the website; you do not need to install the mobile app.
If you cannot sign in or complete the steps, email RHSAASAPPS@GMAIL.COM from an address you can access. Ask for account deletion and provide enough information for us to identify the account. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What deletion removes and what may remain
When deletion cleanup completes, the Clerk account and app account-linked saved events, submitted community content, reports, and associated images are removed from Pitwall Central systems, subject to the retention described below. Cleanup may take time, so this does not mean all records disappear instantly.
As part of account deletion, Pitwall Central requests deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer profile where one exists and provider deletion is supported. The flow makes this request before deleting the Clerk account. This is a request to delete the linked profile, not a guarantee that every provider record is erased. RevenueCat or Apple/Google may retain necessary billing, store, or transaction records under their policies or legal obligations. A minimal hashed security and deletion-progress record is retained to prevent account recreation and allow interrupted cleanup to finish. No fixed retention deadline is promised for that state. Deleting your Pitwall Central account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
If you cannot sign in, email RHSAASAPPS@GMAIL.COM to request account deletion. After verifying your identity, the operator can process the linked RevenueCat profile deletion request through the applicable provider process where supported. Provider capabilities, policies, and legal retention obligations may affect what can be removed.
Deleting your Pitwall Central account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription or remove its store billing records. Cancel or manage the subscription separately through the store where it was purchased.
